Dr. Savvas Antoniou graduated from the School of Dentistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2000. From 2000 until today, he maintains a private dental clinic in Larnaca (Take a Smile dental clinic) where he works as a general dentist with special emphasis on implant surgery and prosthesis and soft tissue surgery, as well as cosmetic dental prosthetics, using all the known viral restoration tooth aesthetics (resin, emax veneers, and others).

In 2007 he successfully completed the one-year theoretical and clinical implantology program of the German Society of Implantology (DGI) in collaboration with the Academy of Clinics and Science (APW).

​

Subsequently, in 2010 he participated in an implantology seminar of Alpha-Bio Tec in Tel Aviv, Israel.

​

In 2015-2016 he participated in a series of seminars and received a number of certificates monitoring by the Branemark Osseointegration Center Greece.

​

In 2017 he participated in a theoretical and practical seminar on implant surgery and bone regeneration at a special bone augmentation center in Florida USA under the internationally renowned Maxillofacial Surgeon Mickel Pikos at the center held in Tampa ( Pikos institute ).

In 2018 he participated in a special seminar on surgical reconstruction of soft tissue in Bologna, Italy under the internationally renowned periodontist Giovanni Zucchelli.

​

In 2018 he participated in a special seminar on cosmetic prosthetic dentistry in Rome, Italy under the prosthetist Dr. Giacomo Fabbri.

​

He took part in numerous other dental seminars and lectures in Cyprus and abroad, in the context of his continuous training.

​

Is an active member of the Pancyprian Dental Association and the local Larnaca Dental Association.
